A date with solidarity in Sotogrande

The exclusive development recently celebrated its 5th edition of  the India's Bazar.

Solidarity and enthusiasm to help the needy is what mattered in Sotogrande during the celebration of the 5th edition of the India Bazaar, an event in which more than 500 people, visitors and residents of the exclusive development contribute to a good cause and bring happiness to underprivileged children in India.

The initiative, organized by the Foundation “Ciudad de la Esperanza y Alegria”, was held at the Octagon Club, bringing together well-known personalities from the world of culture, society and business, who wanted to contribute their bit to this charity Project and help improve lives of hundreds of children from the village of Tichy, in the state of Tamil Nadu, in south-eastern India.

This is not the first time that we work on solidarity in Sotogrande. Last year the Foundation of “Ciudad de la Esperanza y Alegria” organized a parade Joy beneficial by Agatha Ruiz de la Prada. Because of this it was possible to start the works for an orphanage called Tichy, after they suffered the tsunami in 2004, building a home for 200 children.

The Foundation “Ciudad de la Esperanza y Alegria” (www.fcesperanzayalegria.org) was created in 2001 with the main aim to cure,, feed and improve the education of the poor. Today it helps more than 70,000 people.

The president of the foundation, Maria Moreno, expressed her satisfaction at the success achieved in Sotogrande, an act that she states "all visitors showed their caring side, acquiring items Bazaar India and showing their interest and support in future projects that the organization will develop. "

The generosity shone again in Sotogrande for another year will make sure that it will also be organized appear next year, because the foundation has announced that they are already is planning the event, in which they stress "there will be many surprises."
